BSA Annual Health and Medical Record

Posted on May 6 2013 - 1:50pm

Every Scout and registered adult leader should have a current BSA Annual Health and Medical REecord form in file with the troop, not just those going to summer camp.  Please make arrangements to refresh your medical information and have it approved by your physician, Nurse Practitioner, or P. A.  Summer campers, you won't be allowed to board the charter bus without this form.  Link to the editable BSA Medical form.
